The theme of this artwork is "freedom."
For this piece, I particularly followed my intuition and depicted it freely. I became more aware of what I wanted to draw and carefully considered how to best represent it. The artwork combines elements of cute girls, muscles, and my personal philosophy, and it allowed me to delve deeper into understanding how to express them effectively.
The “Carp Demon” in the background is a transformed version of the carp that has been by my side until now. It changes its form in front of those who strive for growth and assists them in their journey. The multiple hands of the figure symbolize versatility and adaptability in facing challenges. The tattoos and coloring of the figure represent the purity of flowing water and the vitality of blood, signifying innocence, strength, and resilience to overcome difficulties.
The “Carp Demon” grants the courage to continue behaving true to oneself despite the constant difficulties.
