Haniyeh is the name of a rural village in Pelangan village of Kamiyaran city. The people of this region make a device from cow and goat skin to turn yogurt and water into buttermilk. With this tool, they take the butter from the yogurt and separate it. Women are very busy working in spring and summer. Musking and making buttermilk is mostly done by older women, and other girls and women go into the herd to milk the milk.
