##Proposal
The Surge presale will deliver unlocked SURGE tokens on completion of the next step, the [Surge on Surge](https://medium.com/@andysingleton/features-of-the-surge-on-surge-deal-635a4b2ba4d3) liquidity offer. The presale seeks $200K-$400K at an FDV of less than $8M. The starting bonus is 100%.
