##Proposal
The Surge presale will deliver unlocked SURGE tokens on completion of the next step, the Surge on Surge liquidity offer. The presale seeks $200K-$400K at an FDV of less than $8M. The starting bonus is 100%. Presale buyers will also get the first whitelisted staking slots at in the Surge on Surge sale, with bonuses starting at 400%.
