Blaze-Burst Beef Chili
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 tbsp chili powder
Salt to taste
Optional: Chedder cheese, cilantro
Directions
In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
Add diced tomatoes with green chilies and stir well.
Mix in red kidney beans.
Sprinkle chili powder evenly and stir to combine.
Season with salt to taste.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Enjoy your quick and spicy beef chili!
Serve and garnish with cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, jalapeño peppers, avocado, or cilantro as desired.
