Description
Cluck’in Carbonara Pasta
Ingredients
1/2 cup pasta noodles (of your choice)
Shredded Chicken breast
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook pasta according to pkg instructions until & drain
In small pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds
Add canned chicken and heat for 2-3 minutes
Stir in tomato paste, cook for 2-3 minutes
Seasoning with salt and pepper
Combine cooked pasta with the chicken and tomato mixture
Plate the pasta and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese
