Tuna Tango Melt Bliss
Ingredients
1-6oz can tuna, drained
2 tbsp of mayonnaise (adjust to your preference)
1 tbsp of finely chopped celery (optional)
1 tbsp of finely chopped red onion (optional)
1 tbsp of Dijon mustard or whole-grain mustard (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 slices bread (like sourdough, rye, or whole wheat, english muffin)
1-2 slices cheese (cheddar, swiss, or american recommended)
Directions
Mix drained tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, mustard (optional), salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
Spread the tuna salad on two bread slices
Add cheese
Place the sandwich in a preheated air fryer at 400 degrees until done
Customize with ingredients like tomatoes, pickles, or herbs
Serve with a side salad, chips, or pickle for a full meal
