Corny Crockpot Chowder
Ingredients
1-24 oz can yellow corn
2 cans diced potatoes
1/2 cup chopped yellow or white onion
3 cups vegetable broth
2 cups cream or milk
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp pepper
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
Cornstarch/flour slurry to thicken
1 Jalapeno
Directions
Combine all ingredients aside from cream or milk and cornstarch slurry
Cook everything in the crockpot on high for 3-4 hours
Create an optional slurry to thicken the soup in last 15 minutes
Serve and enjoy
